01 / Who is eligible for this scholarship?
The scholarship is open to international students who demonstrate high academic potential, evidence of leadership, and a commitment to personal and spiritual growth. Applicants must be enrolled in or admitted to an accredited institution.
02 / Can I apply if I am not yet enrolled in a university?
Applicants must provide a formal letter of acceptance from an accredited program for the upcoming academic year.
03 / What is expected of an E&M Scholar?
Beyond financial support, scholars are expected to participate in mentorship and discipleship activities, requiring a commitment of an average of 5 hours per week.
04 / What do mentorship and discipleship sessions entail?
Each scholar is paired with one or two professional or personal mentors. Tracks are customized based on the student’s academic focus, career goals, and personal spiritual journey.
05 / Are mentorship and discipleship activities mandatory?
Yes. We believe in holistic growth; therefore, participation is required for all scholarship recipients. However, schedules and activities are tailored to best support each student’s academic and personal needs.

01 / How much money does the scholarship award?
The E&M Scholarship provides $10,000 per academic year. This money may be distributed among the quarters or semesters that a student is actively taking classes.
02 / How are funds distributed?
Scholarship funds are paid directly to the institution’s bursar office to cover tuition costs for the upcoming quarter or semester.
03 / Does the scholarship cover expenses beyond tuition?
The primary purpose of this scholarship is to cover tuition. Exceptions for other educational expenses may be considered on a case-by-case basis if tuition is already fully funded.
04 / Is the scholarship renewable?
The scholarship is not automatically renewed. Recipients may apply for renewal each year, provided they have remained in good standing and met all program requirements.
application & selection process
01 / What is the application process?
An online application is submitted and reviewed by the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee chooses the Semi-finalists, who are invited to interviews. After the interview, one to two applicants are selected to receive the scholarship. Please refer to this page for additional information.
02 / What documentation is required for the initial application?
Applicants must submit academic transcripts, a resume/CV, self-reported financial documentation, and two letters of recommendation. Please refer to this page for additional information.
03 / Do I need to submit government-issued documents like a passport or visa?
No. Government-issued travel documents are not required during the initial application. Finalists may be asked to provide additional verification for administrative purposes later in the process.
04 / Is there a minimum GPA requirement?
There is no rigid requirement. The committee evaluates academic performance holistically, considering the student’s specific educational context and environment.
05 / Can I submit application materials in a language other than English?
All applications and supporting documents must be submitted in English. If original documents are in another language, please provide a certified translation.
06 / How is my financial information used?
Financial data is used exclusively by the selection committee to assess need and calculate support levels. All personal data is handled securely and kept confidential.
07 / Can I save my application and finish it later?
Yes. Google Forms typically saves progress if you are signed in; however, we strongly recommend drafting your essays in a separate document to prevent data loss.
08 / When will I be notified regarding the second round?
All applicants will be notified of their status via email by July 1.
09 / What does the interview process involve?
Finalists will participate in a virtual interview with the selection committee. This stage focuses on evaluating personal character, leadership potential, and alignment with the mission of the program.
10 / Do you offer other scholarships?
At this time, the ezer and manna scholarship is the only one being offered. If additional scholarships are offered in the future, they will be posted on our website.
